COOK COUNTY, IL -- Authorities were called to a collision Thursday morning that had three right lanes of Interstate 90 blocked near the Village of Hoffman Estates, according to Total Traffic Chicago.
The wreck occurred on the eastbound lanes of I-90 (Jane Addams Tollway), west of Exit 59 to Illinois State Highway 59 (Sutton Road). It was first recorded by TTWN Chicago at 8:10 a.m.
Details are limited, but at the time of the initial report, a traffic backup had formed down to Route 31.

The three-lane closure remained in place for at least 15 minutes. By 8:25 a.m., the backup had extended to Elgin Toll Plaza.
