CHICAGO, IL -- Six people, including three children, were reported injured following a vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon in Chicago's Chatham neighborhood, according to WGN-TV.
While authorities have not disclosed the exact location or time of the accident, Chicago Fire Department crews responded to the scene of the multi-injury event.
The cause of the crash remains unclear, but two adult patients, one of them in serious-to-critical condition and the other in stable-to-serious condition, were rushed to University of Chicago Medical Center. A third adult victim was transported to St. Brainerd Hospital where they were listed in good condition.
First responders also transported three juvenile patients to Comer Children's Hospital with unspecified injuries. No information on their conditions has been released.
