CHICAGO, IL -- Authorities are investigating after a driver crashed their car into a building in Chicago's Old Town neighborhood Monday morning and fled the scene, according to CBS Chicago.
The incident took place in the 1300 block of Sedgwick Street, northeast of the Jewel-Osco store.
Very few details have been provided at this time, but a vehicle slammed into the side of an apartment building. The driver appeared to have fled on foot before officers arrived on the scene.
No one was reported hurt following the event, and as of this writing, the Chicago Police Department has not announced any related arrests.
